I moved here, not too long ago and have not established my own physician. I went in for severe wrist pain, I waited in the waiting room no longer than 10 minutes before I was put in an exam too. I was seeing within five minutes of being put into the exam room and was treated with compassion and understanding. I received a follow up call within a few hours after me leaving. Everyone in the office was kind and considerate. I highly recommend going here.

I had an accident and injured my wrist. My husband called an urgent care he was familiar with but they were closed. We ended up here and the staff were all professional and friendly. The PA, Mike was spot on after examining my arm and seeing the X-ray. He was very empathetic and gentle. The x-ray technician was Kind and patient. The entire experience was the best I could ever hope for. The PA and nurse helped get me an appointment to see the orthopedist in two days. If I could give more stars, I would.

Paul Rogers is incredible, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I got my x-rays done quickly, the rest of the staff was very friendly and comforting. The tech Cal, was awesome, good vibes, friendly and made a bad situation seem small. I appreciate you all and wanted to say thank you!

I have now been to this location three separate times and feel very confident in writing this review. I brought my child here after she suffered 5 bee stings on her feet (while running barefoot through a field on a weekend) and then suffering a delayed reaction to the stings and an infection from them. PA-C Michael Zamora was wonderful in helping her not feel nervous and getting her the treatment she needed so she could be off and running again in no time. I also presented here myself, after realizing I had some sort of strep throat situation going on and received wonderful care (even though NO ONE likes getting the strep test) they did a great job and got me back on my feet and feeling better quickly. BIG thank you to the friendly front desk staff and wonderful physicians and physicians' assistants at United Medical Urgent Care. I am so grateful for your office and your wonderful care and the way you treat patients so kindly.

I highly recommend this urgent care!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind! There was no wait time! I was checked in, seen by the provider who was very helpful, and sent to the pharmacy in under 15 minutes (unheard of for urgent cares in this areas) Overall wonderful experience at United Medical Doctors Urgent Care!

I had an excellent experience at United Medical Doctors Urgent Care! They were very kind and quick and made sure I knew what was causing my issues and what medications were being prescribed. There office is also very new and clean. They were a huge help; if you are in the area, go see them!

I rushed in with less than an hour to spare and told front desk, she assured me I’d be in and out. The front desk girl ended up doing my vitals and told the dr, who promptly came in, got me a nebulizer treatment and steroids, then a prescription they automatically sent to the pharmacy so I was in and out in 40 minutes. Absolute BEST service I’ve ever gotten at any urgent care. The doctor listened and helped a ton. Highly recommend this urgent care!!

Today I needed an urgent care facility close to Fallbrook that was open (Sat.) because my eye was tearing and painful. Gabrielle greeted me. I expected a packed waiting room, however, the timing was terrific. I was escorted to a room and greeted by Mike Zamora, PA. I had a thorough exam, diagnosis and able to leave quickly. He genuinely cared and listened, as well as did Gabrielle! Honestly, I would rather come to your facility than go to my GP! I can’t thank you enough for everything, esp. on a weekend….I thank God that you were here for me (my eye).
